Competition and money do not touch.
This is an architecture decision, not a policy page. Nothing about a round — a score, a result, a winner, a Golf Genius import, a league table — can create or change a Club Cash transfer. Not automatically, not on a timer, not in the background.
- Every transfer starts with a person tapping Send or Request in Club Cash.
- You choose the person. A round you just played can put those players near the top of the list. It cannot pick one for you.
- You type the amount. ClubLogic never fills it in, never suggests it, and never computes it from a result.
- The other person approves. A request you receive is a request until you say yes.
What a round is allowed to do
Narrow a list of people. That is the entire permission. The four golfers you just played with can appear first in the picker, because that is who you are most likely to be paying. You still tap one of them, and you still type the number.

The story

Six courses previewed, four rounds selected, two on each playing day, one trip result — and a handful of expense requests that a human being typed out by hand. It is the most ordinary thing in the world, and it is exactly what the product is for.

Status is kept in step with the live feature tracker. If a row here and the tracker ever disagree, the tracker is right and this table is a bug.
Trust
Your club's data is your club's business.
Verified members, invited groups
Clubs verify members through their own identity provider; groups grow by invitation. Accounts are provisioned by your club — there is no open sign-up, and no anonymous accounts.
Never sold, never mined
ClubLogic has no advertising business. Your scores, messages and location are used to deliver the product to you and your club, and each club's data is isolated to its own members.
You can leave with everything
Deleting your account is a documented, self-service request, and we say plainly what is erased and what a club keeps. How deletion works.

Accounts come from your club.
ClubLogic does not have an open sign-up. Your club provisions your account, and your login is validated against your USGA membership number. If your club is not on ClubLogic yet, that is the conversation to have first.
