Somebody always covers the green fees. Somebody always gets the lunch. Club Cash is the part of ClubLogic that lets you square that up with the people you played with — you pick the person, you type the amount, they approve it. ClubLogic charges no fee.
Live — real USDC on Base mainnet.
Club Cash moves real USDC between user-controlled wallets on Base mainnet. USDC has real monetary value, and confirmed transfers are public and generally irreversible. Club Cash is for convenient reimbursements such as green fees, travel costs, and food and drinks at the turn.
ClubLogic does not issue, back, guarantee, or redeem USDC. Club Cash is not a bank account or a ClubLogic-held balance. Read the Wallet FAQ before your first transfer.
How it works
Four steps, and a person does every one of them.
There is no automatic path through Club Cash. Every transfer begins with somebody deciding to make it, and ends with somebody agreeing to it.
- You open Send or Request. Nothing starts on its own, on a timer, or when a round ends.
- You choose the person. The people you just played with may appear near the top of the list, because that is who you are most likely to be paying. Nobody is ever pre-selected for you.
- You type the amount. ClubLogic does not fill it in, does not suggest one, and does not calculate one from anything that happened on the course.
- The other person confirms. A request you receive is only a request. It shows you the sender, the purpose, the asset, the network and the amount, and nothing moves until you approve it with a fresh passkey check.
Dan sees this as a request. Nothing moves until Dan approves it from his own wallet.

Green fees. Food and drink. The cart.
The ordinary money that moves around a group of golfers on a Saturday, and nothing else.

One person books the tee time and pays for four. The other three send their share back — each of them choosing to, and each of them typing the number.

The turn, the beers afterwards, the sandwich somebody grabbed for you on nine. The expenses that are genuinely annoying to remember by Tuesday.

An organizer fronts the cart fees, the lodging, the caddie. They then write out a request per person, by hand. A worked example.
The separation
Club Cash has no idea who won.
This is the single most important design decision in the product, so it gets stated rather than implied.
What a competition can never do
- Pre-select a recipient, default to one, or pre-fill the field.
- Order the list by who won, who lost, or by any score.
- Suggest, prefill or compute an amount from a result, a ROI figure or a Golf Genius payload.
- Create, authorise, execute or cancel a transfer because a round was created, finished, imported, edited or deleted.
- Run any background job that reads a competition and writes to Club Cash.
What it can do
Narrow a list of people. That is the whole permission. You just played with four golfers, so those four can show up first when you go to send someone money. You still tap one of them, and you still type the number.
Competition features keep their own numbers on their own screens — results, standings, Side Game values. Displaying a number is not an instruction to move money, and every one of those features works exactly the same with Club Cash switched off entirely.
The rule underneath, in one line: Club Cash may read identity — who a person is. It may never read outcome.

The wallet is yours, not ours
Club Cash is built on a non-custodial wallet. It belongs to you. ClubLogic does not receive or hold your private key, gets no permission to spend when the wallet is created, cannot sign a transfer for you, and cannot move assets from it.
Your ClubLogic sign-in and a passkey gate access. Creating the wallet and approving a transfer each require a fresh, user-present passkey check. An embedded wallet provider secures the key material, so non-custodial does not mean you are handed a seed phrase to look after.

No ClubLogic fee
ClubLogic does not charge a fee to use Club Cash. There is no per-transfer fee, no per-player fee to play a round, no subscription that unlocks it, and no charge for holding a balance. ClubLogic earns nothing from money sitting in your wallet.
Today nothing real moves, so nothing real costs anything. If and when a real-value capability is approved, the FAQ will be updated first with the actual providers, eligibility, jurisdictions, costs, limits, timing and user agreement — before anyone can proceed.
Transfers are permanent. Once a transfer is confirmed on the blockchain there is no undo, no dispute button and nobody who can claw it back — not support, not ClubLogic. Check the recipient before you confirm.
