These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ClubLogic golf analytics platform, including our web and mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ClubLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Access to the Service is limited to members and invitees of participating golf clubs. Each club controls its own membership; we do not independently verify your age or club affiliation beyond what the club provides.
The Service does not offer self-service account creation. Accounts are provisioned by participating golf clubs for their members and invitees, and your access level is assigned by your club. Your account is attached to your USGA membership number, which is validated when you sign in. You may sign in using any of our supported authentication methods (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, email link, passkey, or an email address and password issued for your account). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may belong to multiple participating clubs under a single account.
Our Privacy Policy describes what information the Service collects — including optional product analytics and how to opt out — and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of golf analytics, club communication, and community engagement. You agree not to:
The Service provides golf performance analytics, including handicap calculations, the Compound Elite Index (CEI), scoring trends, and statistical analysis. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not official handicaps and do not replace the official handicap issued to you through your authorized golf association for use in sanctioned competitions.
If you connect your USGA membership (GHIN number) and handicap-service credentials to post scores from within the app, you authorize us to submit those scores on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of posted scores.
The Service optionally supports swing capture through the Apple Watch companion app and a ClubLogic wearable accessory. Swing captures (motion data, shot audio, shot location, and environmental readings) are golf performance data used to power your shot analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. The Apple Watch companion saves your round as a workout to Apple Health on your device with your permission; the Service does not read or collect health data.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate weekly round recaps, competition previews, win-probability projections, player commentary, and other narrative content. AI-generated content is based on historical performance data and Monte Carlo simulation. It is provided for analytical and entertainment purposes only.
Win-probability projections displayed in the Service are statistical forecasts derived from historical data. Projections do not initiate, authorize, calculate, or determine a wallet transfer. Any wallet transfer is a separate action that the user must review and authorize as described below.
Club Cash is an optional, passkey-protected non-custodial wallet for users aged 18 and older. It uses real USDC on Base mainnet. USDC has monetary value and blockchain transfers involve real assets. Club Cash lets a user request USDC from another user and lets the recipient review, decline, or approve and send. A request never moves USDC by itself.
Club Cash is provided as a convenient way for golfers to repay ordinary shared expenses, such as a green fee, travel costs, or food and drinks at the turn. Eligible users may use Coinbase to buy USDC into their wallet or sell USDC from it. ClubLogic does not issue, exchange, back, guarantee, or redeem USDC, does not itself process fiat payments or bank transfers, and does not offer loans or advances through Club Cash. Club Cash is not a bank account, deposit account, or ClubLogic-held balance.
You control the wallet. The wallet is player-controlled at all times. ClubLogic does not receive or hold your wallet private key, receives no spending permission when the wallet is created, cannot sign a transfer for you, and cannot move assets from your wallet. The embedded wallet provider secures the key material. Wallet creation and transfers require user-present authorization through your signed-in ClubLogic account and passkey. ClubLogic participates in authenticating your request, but that role does not give ClubLogic custody or spending authority.
The wallet has no connection to golf performance. No golf feature relating to performance — scores, statistics, handicaps, the Compound Elite Index, rankings, win-probability projections, AI-generated commentary, side-game calculations, or any other performance analytic — is connected to the wallet. Performance features never read a wallet balance and never initiate, require, or receive a wallet transfer, and no wallet balance, transfer, or activity affects any score, handicap, ranking, projection, or other performance output. Every wallet transfer is a separate, standalone action that the player initiates and authorizes independently of any golf feature.
USDC on Base is the exclusive stablecoin. The wallet exclusively uses real USDC on Base mainnet. No other stablecoin, token, digital asset, or blockchain network is offered or supported for Club Cash transfers. USDC is issued by Circle, not ClubLogic. ClubLogic does not issue, back, guarantee, or redeem USDC, and USDC is not insured by ClubLogic.
Digital-asset risks. USDC is designed to track one U.S. dollar, but its market value is not guaranteed and can fluctuate. You accept the risks of public blockchain use, including network delays or outages, software or smart-contract defects, provider failures, unauthorized account access, and loss caused by an incorrect recipient or amount. You are responsible for any tax reporting or obligations arising from your transfers.
Notices. All wallet-related notices, disclosures, and terms are provided in these Terms of Use and in the Wallet FAQ they reference, each available at www.clublogic.net. These documents are the authoritative source of wallet notices; the wallet screens of the app and web app are not required to repeat them, and any summary or shorthand shown in an interface does not modify these Terms. Material wallet changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, as described in Section 17.
Blockchain transactions are public, permanent, and generally irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient, network, asset, and amount before authorizing a transfer. ClubLogic and support cannot reverse a confirmed transaction, recover USDC sent to the wrong address, remove a transaction from the public blockchain, or resolve a payment dispute between users.
ClubLogic may limit wallet availability by user, club, jurisdiction, device, or platform and may suspend wallet access for security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons. A description of a future feature in these Terms or the Wallet FAQ is not a promise that the feature will launch on a particular date.
ClubLogic may make Coinbase checkout available to eligible users in supported locations and on supported devices. Coinbase, not ClubLogic, provides and controls the purchase or cash-out service, identity and contact verification, payment methods, transaction limits, compliance review, fees, refunds, disputes, and settlement. Apple Pay or Google Pay may be offered for a purchase, with a Coinbase-hosted bank-account (ACH) flow as a secondary option. Available methods are determined by Coinbase and may change.
Before using Coinbase Guest Checkout, you must review and accept the applicable Coinbase Guest Checkout Terms, Coinbase User Agreement, and Coinbase Privacy Policy. Coinbase shows its fees and the amount of USDC before you authorize payment. ClubLogic charges no fee for adding or withdrawing Club Cash, but Coinbase, your bank, a card issuer, or a blockchain network may charge fees disclosed by them.
A payment authorization, redirect, or message from a Coinbase payment control is not proof that USDC reached your wallet. ClubLogic treats a purchase as complete only after an authoritative Coinbase status or blockchain confirmation. Closing the app or browser does not cancel a transaction already accepted by Coinbase. Availability may be limited by user, jurisdiction, payment method, device, app version, or provider approval.
For every person-to-person transfer, the sender must review and authorize the transfer. A payment request remains an invitation, not an automatic debit. ClubLogic will not receive a general right to spend from a user's non-custodial wallet.
ClubLogic intends to let an event organizer set a registration fee for a round or event, including participation costs such as green fees, cart or caddie fees, travel costs, or similar event expenses. The organizer will set the amount, signup cutoff, cancellation terms, and any other event rules.
An organizer may enable a signup that reserves the stated amount until the signup cutoff, similar to a pending send. Before the cutoff, a participant may cancel and release the reservation back to the participant's available wallet balance. Once a registration payment has been sent, it is an irreversible blockchain transfer. Any later payment from the organizer to a participant—whether none, part, all, or more than the registration fee—is a separate organizer-directed transfer made at the organizer's sole discretion and is never calculated or executed automatically by ClubLogic.
If ClubLogic or a partner offers eligible users immediate wallet funding before an ACH bank transfer settles, the immediate amount is an advance of credit — a loan — and is separate from custody of the wallet. Before accepting it, you must affirmatively accept a separate credit agreement that identifies the lender and payment provider and clearly discloses the amount financed, payment due date and methods, Annual Percentage Rate if applicable, finance charge, all fees, total repayment amount, and all other terms required by law. The transaction-specific credit agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
You remain responsible for the full repayment amount even if your bank has insufficient funds, the ACH transfer is returned or reversed, or you move or spend assets in the wallet. Subject to the credit agreement and applicable law, the lender or payment provider may resubmit an authorized transfer, require repayment by another available method, charge a returned-payment fee, late fee, or other applicable penalty disclosed before acceptance, pursue lawful collection remedies, and suspend access to instant funding, wallet features, or the ClubLogic account until all past-due amounts are paid. Where applicable law gives you the right to repay by a non-electronic method, acceptance of an advance will not waive that right.
An unpaid advance does not give ClubLogic your private key or authority to seize assets from the non-custodial wallet. A wallet repayment still requires a separate transfer authorization from you unless you separately create a specific, limited, and revocable permission that is lawful and disclosed before consent. Account or feature suspension is an access-control remedy, not wallet custody.
Events are the organizer's creation, not ClubLogic's. Any round, event, or competition offered through the Service is created, organized, and controlled by its event organizer (a club, committee, or other authorized person), not by ClubLogic. ClubLogic supplies software tools for sign-up, scoring, and payment; it does not create events, set fees or terms, judge results, or decide who receives a distribution. Any rules an organizer publishes for an event control that event and are the organizer's responsibility.
Organizer-directed payments are solely the organizer's decision. ClubLogic does not determine, direct, promise, or guarantee that an organizer will send any amount to a participant. The organizer alone decides whether to send nothing, part, all, or more than a registration fee, subject to applicable law and the organizer's published rules. ClubLogic does not calculate or automatically execute organizer payments based on scores, rankings, or event results.
An organizer's authority is limited to using the tools ClubLogic provides for the organizer's own event. It does not give the organizer a participant's private key or open-ended authority to transfer from a participant's wallet.
Each event organizer is solely responsible for the event's rules, registration terms, cancellation policy, participant eligibility, and compliance with applicable law and governing-body requirements. ClubLogic provides software tools and does not create or judge an event.
ClubLogic is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Golf Association ("USGA"). Organizers and participants are responsible for following the current Rules of Amateur Status and any additional rule imposed by a national governing body, club, school, college, conference, tour, or other organization.
Availability of an event, registration, or organizer-payment tool in the Service is not a determination that a participant is eligible to register for an event or receive a payment. Organizers and participants should review the rules that apply to them before registration or payment.
You may post content through the Service, including text posts, comments, reactions, votes, poll responses, photos, videos, and other media in the club feed and chat rooms. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
You may delete your own posts and comments at any time. Chat messages are subject to retention policies set by your club administrator and may be automatically deleted after a configured period.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we deem harmful to the club community.
The Service provides direct and group messaging between verified club members. Messages are private to the participants of each conversation. Club administrators can set data retention policies that automatically delete messages after a specified period but cannot read the content of private direct messages.
You agree not to use the messaging features to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or content that violates Section 3 (Acceptable Use).
The Service offers an opt-in Find My Foursome feature that shares your on-course location with other club members. By enabling this feature, you consent to the collection and sharing of your location with other members who have also opted in. Location data is ephemeral and is not stored permanently. You can disable location sharing at any time in your app settings.
As part of the Find My Foursome feature, the Service also uses Bluetooth Low Energy to detect when other ClubLogic members are physically nearby at the club. When you grant Bluetooth permission, your device broadcasts an anonymous ClubLogic beacon identifier — it does not transmit your name, email, or coordinates — and scans for other members' beacon identifiers. By enabling Bluetooth you consent to this anonymous proximity detection so you and nearby members can appear on the live club map even when GPS signal is weak indoors. Bluetooth is optional, is not required to use the Service, and can be disabled at any time in your app settings or your device's Bluetooth settings.
You agree not to use location information or Bluetooth proximity information obtained through the Service to track, follow, harass, or surveil any other member.
To maintain a safe and respectful community, the Service includes content moderation tools. Users can flag posts, comments, or messages for review. Club administrators can block users, restrict access, or remove content.
In certain cases, we may apply a shadow block, which limits the visibility of a user's content to other members without notifying the affected user. We reserve the right to take any moderation action we deem necessary to protect the community, including permanent account suspension.
The Service may send push notifications for club activity, chat messages, round results, competition updates, and other relevant events. You can manage your notification preferences within the app settings or through your device's system settings. Notification delivery requires a device token which is stored on our servers and removed when you sign out or delete your account.
The Service offers different access tiers (Basic, Premium, STAN) with varying features. Your access tier is provisioned by your club — it is determined by your club membership and licensing allocation, and may be modified by club administrators. We reserve the right to change the features available at each tier. The Service is currently provided free of charge; if we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide advance notice.
The Service, including its design, features, analytics algorithms (including the Compound Elite Index), AI models, branding, and source code, is owned by ClubLogic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by visiting www.clublogic.net/account-deletion, or by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal data, posts, comments, messages, and media are permanently removed. Imported golf scores and tournament results are club records and are retained as part of the club's historical archive. We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post material changes on this page with a revised effective date.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analytics calculations, AI-generated content, win-probability projections, wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks, or third-party services are accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or digital assets, changes in USDC value, blockchain or provider failures, transfers to an incorrect recipient, inaccuracies in analytics, decisions made based on AI-generated content or projections, or unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClubLogic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, at the request of your club administrator, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
