These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClubLogic golf analytics platform, including our web and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ClubLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Access to the Service is limited to members and invitees of participating golf clubs.
To use the Service, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google, Apple, or email). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of golf analytics and club community engagement. You agree not to:
The Service provides golf performance analytics, including handicap calculations, rankings, and statistical analysis. While we strive for accuracy, these calculations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes within your club's league. They do not replace official USGA/GHIN handicap indexes for use in sanctioned competitions.
You may post content through the Service, including comments, reactions, and other contributions to the club feed. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for the club community.
The Service, including its design, features, analytics algorithms, and branding, is owned by ClubLogic and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service offers different access tiers with varying features. Your access tier is determined by your club membership and may be modified by club administrators. We reserve the right to change the features available at each tier.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccuracies in analytics.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or at the request of your club administrator. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
